Day 78 of 100 Days of Blogging, What Isn’t Fair Right Now?

Good morning, and welcome back to 100 Days of Blogging. Today’s question comes to us from the World Category and the card asks, “What isn’t fair right now?”

Well, at least in America we just need to look around. The wealth and income distribution in this country is at its worst in regards to how unfair it is since the 1920s. The working class during this pandemic in America has been left out to dry to try to figure out how they’re supposed to keep their housing and healthcare as their jobs disappear or give reduced hours.

We can see from a racial standpoint that being not white in America leaves you with a massive inequality in healthcare outcomes when it comes to regular times, let alone during the pandemic. The Black Lives Matter movement is continuing to demonstrate that policing in America differs if you are white than if you aren’t.

Essentially, society as a whole is unfair right now, and it’s going to take a lot of work to make it more fair as it should be.
