Good morning, and welcome back to 100 Days of Blogging. Today’s topic comes to us from the Self-Reflection category and the card says, “If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be and why?”
Well, honestly, I’d make it so that it was easier for me to hit and maintain my goal weight while still being healthy. I have a hard time losing weight and would like to be able to drop down a few pounds to be healthier on my joints and the like.
There’s a history of some health problems related to poor weight health in my family and I would love to be able to avoid any of them in the latter part of my life. I would like to be able to just get to my goal weight, and maintain it with minimal work. Because I actually do like working out, oddly enough, it relaxes me and helps me get a good start to the day.
So there we go, the one thing I would change if I could.
