Hello, and welcome back to 100 Days of Blogging. Today’s card comes to us from the Self-Reflection category, and the card says “Describe a time when you sabotaged your own success.”
Well, certainly a time for self reflection, but there are a couple instances of that happening, and all academically.
I’ve never kept this a secret in real life, but in High School and the beginning of College I was never the best student. I was that annoying kid that you had in school that never had to deeply study for the test and would ace it. Let me be clear, there would be times where I would read the chapter of the text book 5 minutes before the test and ace the test.
Well, that doesn’t work in college now does it? That was rhetorical, no one actually needs to @ me and answer that question. The first couple years of my college experience were a crash course in how to study and do homework properly so that I’d be able to get my degree and to work.
So there you have it, a time where I sabotaged my own success.
